Bio

A. Ozan Bicen received his B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in September 2010. He was a research assistant at Next-generation and Wireless Communications Laboratory (NWCL) and graduated with M.Sc. degree at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Koc University, Istanbul, Turkey, in July 2012.
